“After I bought my new system about five years ago at my old house from Kron & West, I knew there was still only one company to call for my new house when looking at my options. The current system is so old it doesn’t even have a serial number and wasn’t keeping up with the heat of the day. Herbert, the technician that came out last night was pleasant and professional, even at 8pm. I didn’t put the call in until after 4:30pm and the gentleman on the phone was great to deal with as well. Herbert and I discussed my options and he even gave me tips for inside the house regardless of cleaning the old or buying a new system. After deciding to get a price quote instead of cleaning, the tech went to his car and called to schedule an appointment for a sales person. Bob was at my house at 8am the next day. I worked with Bob at my previous house and he remembered me and the system I had put in five years ago. Bob went around the house after examining the current system, explained my current duct situation along with the filter set-up. Again, regardless of buying anything, Bob explained what I needed to do to help the current system run more efficiently. He even opened up some of the vents he noticed that were not completely open. Kron & West is a class act and will have my business for as long as I’m a Floridian!”

“My first contact with Kron & West was Saturday July 24, 2016. I was cheerfully greeted by Bob as potentially needing a complete new system, however upon his inspection of my current American Standard unit it was easily determined that I had been misdiagnosed by my previous a/c repair company! He then set me up with the Kron & West service techs and they were at my home within 30 minutes of Bob contacting them! Bravo, what an operation you all have, and so efficient! Chris and Brian were just relentless in diagnosing my issues and worked several hours, step by step to finally get my system up and running .The service department is the Best of the Best of any that I’ve encountered. Although a few hours later my main breaker started kicking off on start up. I called Brian and within 15 minutes Chris was back and replaced the 30 amp breaker and spent 4 to 5 more hours just scouring every component of that system over and over just to make absolutely, that me, the Customer would have a working system complete for my weekend. I was just simply amazed with the dedicated, hardworking, highly skilled personnel you have assembled together. Chris and Brian are such stand out guys and just never quit until the job is complete ! Well, you all have earned my utmost respect and I will be, from this day forward, a lifelong customer of Kron and West for all my a/c needs. “I called Kron & West A/C to check my a/c that was making 2 strange noises – tapping and water running. The a/c was working fine otherwise. These noises were heard both before and after they left, but not while they were here. However, THEY KNEW WHAT WAS CAUSING THE NOISES. (The previous a/c company I called who did a checkup and minor repairs had no idea what the cause was.) I paid for the service call and felt satisfied that what I had would not cause any problems. John and Brad were professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of my system. They were courteous and pleasant. It was worth the service call.
